The healthy foods that I have included in this compiled list are for a variety of diets: gluten-free, vegan, paleo, Whole 30, or keto. Dinner does not get much easier than this folks! Last night I served up a chicken breast marinated in Primal Kitchen Foods Lemon & Turmeric Dressing/Marinade. The wonderful thing about these dressings is that they are REAL FOOD. These are paleo approved and that to me is just super. Many dressings are also Whole 30 compliant, but not all (check your labels). These dressings are made with avocado oil, which is considered a healthy fat. These dressings are also free of refined sugar & trans fat free, and that is something that you often see in salad dressings... sugar and trans fats which are absolutely garbage and wreak havoc on our systems.
