Instructions
  1. Wash all produce and chop ingredients
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a saute pan. Once warm add the stew meat and contiue cooking until browned. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Add the beef broth to the slow-cooker
  4. Add the two can of tomatoes to the slow-cooker
  5. Add all of the seasonings to the slow-cooker and continue stirring until mixed well
  6. Add the browned meat to the slow-cooker and set to low for 6 hours.
  7. Eat and enjoy!
