Halloween has come and go and now you probably have a gigantic bowl of Halloween candy. Am I right? Are you wondering what you can do with it? I had the most excellent idea to create a leftover Halloween candy pizza with some white chocolate “cheese” drizzled on top. I used Pamela’s Products gluten-free brownie mix to create this sensational, sinful dessert. Creating your very own leftover Halloween candy brownie pizza is simple to do and it will satisfy all of the chocolate candy lovers in your family.

Leftover Halloween Candy Brownie Pizza
Cheat Day waiting to happen!
If you are a regular follower of my blog then you will know my philosophy of eating:
Eat healthy so you can have dessert!
I eat primarily healthy most of the time. We try to eat as paleo as possible and feel that this diet benefits me the most. I also feel as though I do not want to deprive myself of the fun things in life so I do occasionally devour some sweets that are not on the spectrum of a Halloween diet. Halloween might bring out the worst in me. My daughter, Chloe, received quite a bit of loot this year and it sits in a big black cauldron. The temptation is always there to eat, eat, eat candy. It’s hard to resist and I give in and indulge often. No regrets here though. I know I will get back on track soon after the holidays are over.
Pamela’s Products Gluten Free Chocolate Brownie Mix
For my Halloween Candy Brownie Pizza, I went with Pamela’s Products Gluten-Free Brownie Mix. There were a few different brownie recipes on the back of the package and I went with the butter recipe and I used my 4th & Heart ghee in place of regular butter. The ghee gives it an incredible richness and makes for one excellent tasting brownie. This mix from Pamela’s Products results in a perfect batch of decadent, fudgy brownies that does not disappoint.

Using up all of that delicious Halloween Candy
If you are following a gluten-free diet, be sure to check those labels. Items like Kit Kats are not gluten-free and you will want to avoid using candies like that as a topping. M&M’s, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, and Snickers bars go great as brownie pizza toppings. I especially love topping this pizza with M&M’s because of the color that they give off.

Final thoughts
This was simple and easy to do. My daughter also enjoyed helping out with the toppings! You can have your whole family join in with the topping of the Halloween Candy Brownie Pizza. This brought pure joy to us when we chowed down on it. We were all ooo’ing’ and ahhh’ing. It is best served warm and topped with some ice-cream. We used Halo Top’s Candy Bar ice-cream.
