Halloween Candy Brownie Pizza - Gluten-Free - RECIPE
Need to use up that leftover Halloween candy? Why not try out this decadent recipe for a Halloween Candy Brownie Pizza? This is something that I know your family will enjoy and it is also fun to create. Have your children assist with placing the toppings on it. Then finish it off with a drizzle of white chocolate "cheese"! It is totally optional but I highly suggest topping it with some ice-cream and serving the brownie pizza warm.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Use a large bowl and place brownie mix inside. Slowly incorporate the other ingredients (coconut oil, ghee, egg, and water) and mix together until well incorporated. The batter will be thick.
Spray a pizza pan with coconut oil spray and smooth the brownie mixture onto the pan.
Place Halloween candies on top of the brownie mixture.
Place the Halloween candy brownie pizza in the oven for 12-13 minutes.
Using a small saucepan you will create the white chocolate "cheese". Place 1/2 cup white chocolate chips in pan with one tablespoon of coconut oil. Have burner on low-medium and stir until the chips are melted down.
Drizzle the white chocolate onto the pizza.
Using a knife or pizza cutter, slice your Halloween candy brownie pizza into 8 even slices.
(Optional) Top with ice-cream
Serve and enjoy your brownie pizza!
