I am happy to have you come along for my journey.

I have a couple of taglines for my blog: Eat healthy so you can have dessert and I also have: Live, eat, breathe with an open mind.

I enjoy eating a primarily healthy diet and allowing myself to splurge on anything my heart desires. I have plenty of “cheat days” here!
