I am not participating in Whole 30 but I do often love to try to eat as paleo as possible and believe in trying to eat clean ingredients. This Whole 30 kit is a great starter pack for anyone wanting to take the plunge into healthier eating habits. This kit contains Mayo, Chipotle Lime Mayo, Extra Virgin Avocado Oil, Greek Vinaigrette and Marinade, Ranch Dressing.
Tessemae’s All Natural Dressing, Sauce, and Marinade Value & Variety 8 pack
Another great starter kit paving the way to a healthier lifestyle. I recently picked up a bottle of Tessemae’s Green Goddess dressing and it was incredible. The wonderful thing about this brand is that they are Whole30 Certified, Paleo approved, soy-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, and they taste incredible. Their products are also low in sugar. I am always looking at the sugar content on the labels and these suit me just fine!
Nuts ‘N More High Protein Birthday Cake Peanut Butter
This nut butter is packed with protein and fiber. And hello birthday cake! Spread it on toast, put a dab on top of a sundae, or grab yourself a spoon and eat it straight out of the jar!

Terrasoul Superfoods Raw Organic Criollo Cacao Nibs
These cacao nibs and chock full of antioxidants, fiber, magnesium, potassium, some iron, and the best part for me is that they are known mood booster. While eating chocolate the neurotransmitters that regulate our mood produce feelings of greatness. Chocolate does have the power to increase your physical and mental health. I like to include cacao nibs in my smoothies, cereal, or just eat a small handful as a snack.
Bakery On Main Gluten-Free, Non GMO Granola, Variety Pack
This variety pack of gluten-free granolas contains 6 great flavors for you to try. I love to have a bowl of granola for breakfast with some unsweetened almond milk. It is very filling and I often add some chia seeds to it to maximize the fiber intake.
PROBAR – Meal Bar, Superfood Slam
This is bar is a nutritional powerhouse and would be a great on-the-go snack for when your body needs a boost in energy. Probar is also gluten-free and contains a great amount of protein an fiber for your nutritional needs.
Birch Benders Paleo Pancake and Waffle Mix
I recently had a coupon and tried out the chocolate chip pancake mix and it was one of the greatest I have ever tried. This particular mix is paleo friendly! They use cassava, coconut, and almond flours in the mix and that makes it gluten-free and low carb. If you are doing keto, this product will also fit right into your diet.
Purely Inspired Organic Greens
This gluten-free, non-GMO mix contains 40 greens, grains, sprouts, fruits, and vegetables. I think that many people have some days that are not particularly healthy and are lacking in nutrients. This supplement is great mixed with either water or some unsweetened almond milk and will assure that you get your nutrients in for the day. Don’t believe me? Check out the nutrition label on the back. It will blow your mind. This is great for everyday use or just when you need a boost.
And last but not least, SmartSweets Low Sugar Gummy Bears Candy These low sugar gummy bears come in two flavors: fruity and sour. They are also naturally colored and flavored. I am so impressed by the fact that one serving contains only 3g of sugar. Compare that to other gummi bears on the market. Smart Sweets is definitely the way to go when your sweet tooth is calling for gummy candy.
